HealthIT Inc. d/b/a OncologyIT operates this service and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email addresses for newsletter subscriptions and replies, account information for authenticated course enrollment, payment-related identifiers supplied by Stripe, course progress and assessment records, completion-certificate records, and support, feedback, or complaint submissions.

OncologyIT is a zero-PHI product. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, diagnoses, treatment histories, clinical cases, or other patient information. The synthetic safety demonstration accepts no user-entered patient identifiers, dates, or laboratory values.

How We Use Information

Your information is used to authenticate accounts, process course purchases, provide course access, enforce assessment rules, issue and verify completion certificates, respond to communications, deliver operational alerts, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting and runtime delivery, Stripe for payments and receipts, Beehiiv for newsletters, and Google Workspace through the Gmail API for transactional customer-service notifications. Public completion-certificate verification exposes only the certificate name, course, score, issuance date, and opaque certificate identifier; it does not expose account email or assessment answers.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
